1、 Product Overview:
The OW-LDE-G pipeline electromagnetic flowmeter is based on the induction principle of Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction to measure the flow rate of conductive medium inside the pipeline. It adopts advanced single-chip embedded technology to achieve digital excitation, and also uses CAN fieldbus, which is the first of its kind in China and has reached a leading level of technology.
In addition to measuring the flow rate of general conductive liquids, the OW-LDE-G pipeline electromagnetic flowmeter can also measure the flow rate of liquid-solid phase flows, such as high viscosity liquid flows and volumetric flow rates of salt, strong acid, and strong alkali liquids. The OW-LDE-G pipeline electromagnetic flowmeter not only meets the requirements of on-site display, but also is equipped with a 4-20mA current signal output function to provide recording, regulation, and control functions. It is widely used in industrial technology and management departments such as chemical, environmental protection, metallurgy, medicine, papermaking, water supply and drainage.
2、 Characteristics of OW-LDE-G Pipeline Electromagnetic Flow Meter:
1. The flowmeter has a simple structure, reliable performance, no movable parts, and a long working life.
2. No flow blocking components, no pressure loss or fluid blockage.
3. No mechanical inertia, fast response speed, good stability performance, can be applied to automatic detection, adjustment, and control systems.
4. The measurement accuracy is not affected by the type of medium being measured and its parameters such as temperature, viscosity, density, pressure, etc.
5. Different combinations of PTFE or rubber lining materials and electrode materials such as Hc, Hb, 316L, Ti can adapt to the needs of different media.
